How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email where the chosen service includes tracking. You may also be able to see the status in your Boteane account.

Tracking can take a little time to update after the label is created. Email us at info@boteane.co or call 0333 339 9947 from the UK or +44 333 339 9947 internationally if there is still no movement after the published delivery estimate.
