What you can do in the subscription area
- See the next payment date and renewal amount
- Change your taste preference before the next box cut-off
- Skip a box or pause future boxes
- Update your address and payment details
- Cancel future renewals
Cancellation applies to future renewals once confirmed, and we send a confirmation when it is complete. If a renewal payment has already been taken and packing has begun, we may be unable to stop that box; your statutory rights remain separate and are explained in the Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy.
A flavour-promise claim does not cancel, pause or skip the subscription. Manage the subscription separately in your account.
