What you can do
Skip a month. Cupboard still full? Skip your next delivery and your payment date moves on a month. Nothing else changes.
Pause for a while. Away, or not in the mood for a bit. Pause your Discovery and pick it back up when you're ready.
Move house, move your Discovery. Change your address or payment details before your next payment date.

Questions
Can I skip a month?
Yes. Open Manage subscription and tap Skip on your next delivery. Your payment date moves on a month and nothing else changes.
Can I pause my Discovery Subscription?
Yes. Pause for as long as you like and pick it back up when you're ready. Nothing is charged while it's paused.
When do I need to make changes by?
Before your next payment date. It's shown in Manage subscription, and we email you a reminder before each one.
I can't see my subscription.
Log in with the email you used at checkout. Still nothing? Email info@boteane.co and we'll find it.
Need to stop for good?
You can end your subscription in Manage subscription, any time before your next payment date, and we send a confirmation. If you'd rather, email us and we'll do it for you.
The small print
Cancellation applies to future renewals once confirmed, and we send a confirmation when it is complete. If a renewal payment has already been taken and packing has begun, we may be unable to stop that delivery; your statutory rights remain separate and are explained in the Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy.
