How the offer works
- What you do: add any five qualifying teas to your basket.
- What happens: the lowest-priced qualifying tea in your basket becomes complimentary at checkout. The discount appears in your basket as "Buy 4, get 1 free".
- It repeats: the offer applies again for every additional five qualifying teas. Ten teas means two are complimentary.
- It is automatic: there is nothing to enter and nothing to remember.
Which teas qualify
Most individual teas across the brands we carry: BOTEANE blends, Traditional teas, ICED, Matcha Matcha Matcha, and Loose Botanicals. You can mix pack sizes freely. A small number of teas are excluded. Your basket shows the discount as soon as five qualifying teas are in it, so you will always know where you stand. The complimentary item is always the lowest-priced qualifying tea in the basket.
What does not qualify
Gift boxes and curated sets, the Discovery Membership, gift subscriptions, gift cards, gift wrapping, teaware, and Bespoke Blends. These do not count towards the five and cannot be the complimentary item.
Offers and delivery
- The offer combines with your first-order welcome discount. It does not combine with other product-level discount codes.
- Your basket total after the discount counts towards the complimentary UK delivery threshold in the usual way.
- The offer applies to orders in any of our shipping destinations.
Returns
If part of an order that used this offer is returned, the refund reflects the price actually paid, with the discount shared across the qualifying items. See our Returns, Cancellations and Refunds page.
The small print
The offer is applied by our store automatically and the basket total at checkout is always the amount charged. Boteane may amend or withdraw the offer for future orders at any time; any change never affects an order already placed. See also our Promotion Terms.
