Sourced across Darjeeling, Nilgiri, Dimbula, and Fujian Province, Light & Bright is a considered fusion of black and green teas, designed to explore contrast through balance. This is a blend that challenges expectations, where oxidation levels are layered to create lift, clarity, and quiet complexity.

The cup opens with a gentle muscatel brightness, a nod to its Darjeeling lineage, before unfolding into a softer green dimension shaped by Fujian leaf. Nilgiri and Dimbula bring structure without weight, allowing the profile to remain agile and composed. The result is a liquor that feels luminous rather than dense, with flavour carried on texture rather than force.

This is not a tea of intensity. It is a tea of articulation. Each sip reveals a careful interplay between depth and air, offering a refined alternative to more conventional black tea expressions.

Brewing Ritual:
1 tsp per 200ml
85 to 90°C water, 2 to 3 minutes
