Lavender has long been held as a botanical of calm and quiet release.

Across Mediterranean traditions, its blooms were gathered for moments of rest, used to soften the edges of the day and ease the mind into stillness. It carries a natural association with slowing down, with creating space, with letting go.

This is lavender in its purest form. Whole blooms, carefully dried to preserve their delicate structure and natural aromatic oils. Nothing added, nothing altered.

When infused, the flowers release a soft, floral cup with a gentle sweetness and a lightly herbaceous depth. The aroma is as much a part of the experience as the flavour, settling the senses before the first sip. The finish is smooth and lingering, never overpowering.

Traditionally taken in the evening or at moments of pause, lavender is a tea of unwinding. A ritual that signals a shift from movement to stillness.

HOT - 1 heaped teaspoon for 200-260ml boiling water. Brew for 3-7 minutes
ICE TEA - Add extra teaspoon, brew, pour over ice
COLD BREW - Steep in cold water, chill 4–12 hours
