Email us from the address linked to the account at info@boteane.co, or call 0333 339 9947 from the UK or +44 333 339 9947 internationally. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request.

Closing an account does not automatically cancel a subscription unless that cancellation is expressly confirmed. Some transaction, tax, safety and legal records must still be retained.
