Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Email us at info@boteane.co or call 0333 339 9947 from the UK or +44 333 339 9947 internationally as soon as possible. We will always check, but once an order has entered packing or dispatch it may be too late to change the address, contents, gift message or delivery service.

This practical limitation does not remove any statutory cancellation or return right that applies after purchase.
