I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?

Email or call us as soon as you notice. If fulfilment has not begun, we will try to correct it. Once the parcel has been packed or passed to the carrier, a change may no longer be possible.

If the parcel is returned because an address was materially incorrect, reasonable return or re-delivery costs may apply where the law permits.
