Rooibos carries through the middle with a naturally smooth, rounded body, while hints of creamy sweetness build gently, echoing the feel of a classic dessert. HOT - 1 heaped teaspoon for 200-260ml water at 85ºC/185ºF. Brew for 3-7 minutes
ICE TEA - Add extra teaspoon, brew, pour over ice
COLD BREW - Steep in cold water, chill 4–12 hours
