Mulled Glühwein is for when you want a deeper, more full-bodied fruit blend that still feels refreshing. It brings that sense of indulgence you expect from something bold, without becoming heavy or overly sweet.

It opens with hibiscus, giving a deep, wine-like note with a gentle tartness that immediately adds structure. Apple and rosehip follow, softening the sharper edges with a rounded fruit sweetness that keeps the blend balanced. As it develops, a subtle depth from beet carries through, leaving a smooth, slightly tangy finish that feels full yet clean.

HOT - 1 heaped teaspoon for 200-260ml water at 85ºC/185ºF. Brew for 3-7 minutes
ICE TEA - Add extra teaspoon, brew, pour over ice
COLD BREW - Steep in cold water, chill 4–12 hours
