Why was my order cancelled?

We may cancel before acceptance if an item is unavailable, a payment fails, there is an obvious price or description error, we cannot deliver to the destination, or an order raises a genuine fraud, sanctions or safety concern.

We will explain the principal reason where appropriate and return any payment taken for goods we will not supply.
