Why is my discount code not working?

Check that the code has been entered exactly as issued and that the order meets the offer conditions. A code may be limited by date, product, customer, territory, minimum spend or first-order status.

Unless the offer says otherwise, only one code can be used per order and codes cannot be added after payment.
