Who pays return postage?

You normally pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return unless Boteane offered free returns or failed to tell you before purchase that return costs would be payable. Contact Boteane first so the return method and address can be agreed.

Boteane pays reasonable return costs for goods that are faulty, unsafe, damaged on delivery, incorrect or not as described, once the return route has been agreed.
