When and how will I receive a refund?

For a valid cancellation, refunds are made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and the law permits it. The refund includes the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered for the order, but not an extra amount paid for a faster or upgraded delivery service.

We refund without undue delay and within the legal timeframe, normally no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back.
