What is the Discovery Flavour Promise?

Every Discovery box is chosen to help you meet something new. If one tea is not to your taste, email info@boteane.co or call 0333 339 9947 from the UK or +44 333 339 9947 internationally within 14 calendar days of delivery and we will review it under the Discovery Flavour Promise.

The promise covers one tea from an eligible paid five-tea box. No more than three claims may be approved for the same subscription account in any rolling 12 months. An approved claim receives Boteane account credit under the published terms.

• A flavour claim does not cancel, pause or skip the subscription.
• Faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed tea is handled separately under statutory rights.

This applies to every paid box, including gift subscription boxes and boxes you bought using an offer, a discount, account credit, referral credit or a gift card. Where the box price was reduced, the credit is a fifth of what you actually paid.
