Payments are taken on the 25th. Make preference, address, skip, pause or cancellation changes before then. The exact cut-off is shown in your subscription account and renewal reminder.

Once payment has been taken and fulfilment has begun, we may be unable to stop or change that box. Statutory rights remain separate.
