What is Boteane's change-of-mind return policy?

For most eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel. You then normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Tea should remain sealed and stored appropriately where the ordinary cancellation right applies. Teaware may be inspected as it could be in a shop, but handling beyond that may reduce the refund.
