My parcel arrived damaged, incomplete or with the wrong item

Please keep the parcel, label, packaging and products. Email us promptly at info@boteane.co with the order number and clear photographs showing the outer packaging, delivery label and affected item.

Do not use broken teaware or consume a tea that may be contaminated. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law.
