How do I skip or pause a box?

Log in to your Boteane account, open the subscription area and make the change before the cut-off shown in your account and reminder. A skip applies to the selected renewal; a pause delays future boxes until the setting is changed or the chosen pause ends.

Check for the confirmation email or updated next payment date before assuming the change is complete.
