How do I return teaware?

Always contact Boteane before sending teaware back and use only the return address and instructions we provide. For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused beyond reasonable inspection and returned with its components and packaging where possible. If the item is cracked, chipped, unsafe, incorrect or damaged in transit, do not use it and send photographs so we can arrange the appropriate route.
