How do I make a complaint?

Press enquiries may be sent to press@boteane.co. Include the order number, what happened and the outcome you are seeking. The registered office is not a returns address unless we expressly confirm it.

We will investigate fairly and provide a clear response. Urgent food-safety or product-safety matters are prioritised. Nothing in the complaints process removes statutory rights or the ability to seek independent advice.
