Yes. Always contact Boteane before posting or couriering a return. We will confirm whether the return route applies, provide the correct return address and instructions, and explain what to include. Please do not send anything back until this has been agreed.

If you are exercising a statutory cancellation right, your clear message to us is your notice of cancellation. We will not make that right depend on discretionary approval, but the practical return route must still be confirmed before the goods are sent.
