What happens if a selected tea is unavailable?

Because the box is curated across seasons, brands and availability, individual teas can change. Boteane may choose a reasonably comparable tea consistent with your selected preference.

The box will still contain the stated number and quantity of teas. We will not make a material reduction in value or quantity without an appropriate remedy.
