BREWING GUIDE
  • HOT - 1 heaped teaspoon for 200-260ml water at 85ºC/185ºF. Brew for 3-7 minutes
  • ICE TEA - Add extra teaspoon, brew, pour over ice
  • COLD BREW - Steep in cold water, chill 4–12 hours
