Sourced across Assam, the Nandi Highlands, and Yunnan, Mellow & Mighty is a Temple No. 1 grade black tea that brings together three distinct terroirs into a single, composed expression. This is a blend built with intent, where structure, altitude, and origin converge to create both depth and balance.

The infusion opens with a rounded, malty foundation characteristic of Assam, layered with the lifted brightness of high-grown African leaf and the soft, honeyed undertones of Yunnan. As the cup evolves, subtle fruit notes emerge, reminiscent of sun-warmed stone fruit, held in check by a gentle, cleansing astringency. The result is a profile that feels both grounded and articulate, never overpowering, always present.

This is a tea designed for ritual. It carries weight without heaviness, offering a steady, assured start to the day.

Brewing Ritual:
1 tsp per 200ml
95 to 100°C water, 3 to 4 minutes
Takes milk well, enhancing its natural sweetness and body
