Rich & Bold. Black Tea

Drawn from the Nandi Highlands, Nilgiri, Assam, and Yunnan Province, Bold & Rich is a black tea blend built on depth, structure, and deliberate contrast. Each origin contributes a distinct voice, resulting in a cup that is layered, grounded, and quietly powerful.

The infusion opens with a dark, cacao-led intensity, anchored by the weight and malt of Assam. This is followed by the lifted clarity of Nilgiri and the high-grown brightness of Nandi leaf, which brings definition and balance. Yunnan completes the composition with a subtle sweetness and rounded texture, softening the edges without diminishing the structure. As the cup evolves, notes of aged wood and damp earth emerge, giving the profile a contemplative depth.

This is a tea that unfolds rather than announces. It rewards a slower pace, revealing its character in stages, each sip adding to the whole.

Brewing Ritual:
1 tsp per 200ml
95 to 100°C water, 3 to 4 minutes
Can be taken with milk for added depth, though best explored neat for full expression
