Sweet & Strong. Black Tea
BLEND CHARACTER
DESCRIPTION
Drawn from the revered tea gardens of Yunnan Province, Sweet & Strong is a Temple No. 1 grade black tea that speaks in depth, not volume. This is Dian Hong at its most composed, golden-tipped leaves, expertly oxidised to reveal both strength and silk.
The cup opens with commanding structure. Notes of cacao husk and malt lead the way, followed by a gentle suggestion of dried date. As the infusion settles, the profile softens into the signature sweetness of Yunnan origin. What begins with vigour resolves into velvet, a rounded, biscuited warmth that lingers with quiet authority. It is not merely strong. It is architected.
A tea that rewards attention, whether taken pure for clarity or with milk for indulgence. In either expression, it retains its identity, grounded, generous, and unmistakably refined.
