Across North Africa, the Middle East, and parts of Latin America, its deep crimson infusion has been prepared as a cooling drink, taken to revive the body in heat and restore a sense of balance. Known for its brightness and clarity, it became a daily ritual in warm climates. Simple, striking, and unmistakable.
This is hibiscus in its purest form. Whole dried flowers, carefully selected to preserve their colour, structure, and intensity. Nothing added, nothing diluted.
When infused, the petals release a vivid ruby liquor with a naturally tart, cranberry-like profile. The flavour is sharp yet clean, softened by a subtle floral undertone and a refreshing finish that lingers lightly on the palate.
