Using a Boteane offer

Every offer will state what it applies to, when it ends and any important exclusions. Enter a code before payment. Only one code may be used per order unless the offer says otherwise. Promotions do not reduce your statutory rights.

Full promotion terms

1. Campaign-specific terms

These general terms apply together with the wording published for the particular offer. The campaign wording must identify the benefit, eligibility, start and end time, products, territories, minimum spend, limits and exclusions. If there is a conflict, the clearer campaign-specific term applies.

2. Eligibility and limits

Offers may be limited to selected customers, first orders, new subscribers, one use per customer or household, selected products, territories or stock. Limits must be clear before purchase. Creating multiple accounts or coordinating orders to evade a fair-use limit may lead to cancellation of the promotional benefit.

3. Discount codes

Codes must be entered before payment and cannot be applied retrospectively unless the campaign says otherwise. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred or combined unless expressly allowed. A discount applies to the eligible product price and does not reduce delivery, taxes, duties or excluded items unless stated.

4. Free gifts

Free gifts are subject to availability and have no cash alternative unless stated. We may substitute a gift with one of reasonably equivalent or greater value where the published offer allows this and the substitution does not mislead. If the qualifying order is validly cancelled, the free gift should be returned unused where reasonably possible under the Returns Policy.

5. Introductory subscription offers

An introductory price or first-box benefit must clearly show the later recurring price, renewal timing, eligibility and cancellation method before sign-up. Unless stated otherwise, introductory offers are once per customer and household.

6. Availability, errors and withdrawal

We may correct an obvious error or withdraw an offer prospectively where stock, fraud, legal or technical issues make continuation unreasonable. We will not retrospectively remove a valid benefit from an accepted order merely because we later change or end the offer.

7. Prize promotions

Competitions, prize draws and giveaways require separate promotion-specific rules covering eligibility, entry, dates, winner selection, prizes, publicity, data use and any platform disclaimer. These general discount terms are not sufficient on their own for a prize promotion.
