What happens if my subscription payment fails?

We may retry the payment, ask you to update the payment method, delay dispatch or temporarily suspend the subscription. We will not add an undisclosed penalty.

Open the subscription area in your account to update payment details, or email info@boteane.co or call 0333 339 9947 from the UK or +44 333 339 9947 internationally if the account does not show what needs changing.
