I cancelled after the renewal was processed. What happens?

If payment has already been taken and fulfilment has begun, the box may already be committed for dispatch and may not be stoppable. Cancellation still prevents future renewals once confirmed.

Any statutory cancellation or return right applying to that renewal remains separate and is explained in the Returns Policy.
